Bling King London – Refund & Returns Policy

At Bling King London, every drop and every design is made with precision and pride. If something isn’t quite right, our return process keeps it smooth, fair, and transparent.

Return Eligibility

  • You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • After 14 days, refunds are no longer available — but you can receive store credit for returns made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unworn and unaltered

  • In a resellable condition

Items showing signs of misuse — including wear, exposure to water or chemicals, or unauthorised modifications — are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us to initiate your return process.

  2. You’ll receive instructions and your return reference.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  4. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within a few working days.

Lost or Delayed Returns

You are responsible for your parcel until it reaches us. Always obtain proof of postage or tracking.
If your parcel is lost in transit but you can provide valid tracking details, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the item(s). Without proof, we cannot issue compensation.

Shipping & Fees

  • We do not provide free return labels.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For items valued over £75, please use a tracked and insured service for peace of mind.

  • Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you’d like an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team via email.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after the processing window, contact us — we’ll look into it right away.
